Zenith Collective is a performance marketing agency. We run advertising campaigns and intake programs for law firms, we operate this website, and we build software that helps those firms manage the cases that come to them. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It covers thezenithcollective.com, the campaign websites and forms we operate on behalf of our law firm clients, and our software, including the applications we register with advertising platforms such as Meta.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out a contact form, apply for a job, or respond to a campaign we run for a law firm, you may give us your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and the details you choose to share about your situation, which can include information about a potential legal claim and, in some campaigns, health-related information. We collect only what the form asks for and what you choose to add.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website or a campaign page, we and our service providers collect device and browser information, IP address, approximate location, the pages you view, the ads you interacted with, and similar data through cookies and comparable technologies, including the Meta Pixel, Google Analytics and Google Ads tags, and call-tracking numbers.
Information from advertising platforms. Through registered applications and the official APIs of advertising platforms such as Meta and Google, we receive campaign performance data and, where you submit a platform lead form, the information you entered in that form.
How we use information
- To respond to you and to route your inquiry to the law firm whose campaign you responded to.
- To deliver our services to our clients, including intake, case management and reporting.
- To run, measure and improve advertising, including building audiences and measuring conversions.
- To consider job applications.
- To keep our systems secure, prevent fraud and comply with the law.
Data we receive from an advertising platform's API is used only to manage and measure advertising on that platform and to serve the client whose campaign it belongs to. We do not sell it, and we follow each platform's terms, including Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
How we share information
- The law firm you contacted. If you respond to a campaign we run for a law firm, that firm is the intended recipient of what you submit. Its own privacy policy governs how it handles your information after that.
- Service providers that host our systems, store data, route calls and texts, send email, provide analytics, and run advertising. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Advertising platforms, to the extent needed to deliver and measure campaigns, including matched conversion data where permitted.
- Legal and safety reasons, such as responding to lawful requests, enforcing our agreements and protecting rights, property or safety.
- Business transfers, if we are part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
We do not sell personal information for money. Some advertising cookies and pixels may count as "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under certain state laws; you can opt out as described below.
Sensitive and health-related information
Some campaigns ask about injuries, medical treatment or other sensitive matters so that a law firm can evaluate a potential claim. We limit who can see that information, protect it in transit and at rest, and share it only with the law firm you asked to contact and the service providers that help us deliver it to that firm. We are not a healthcare provider.
Cookies and advertising choices
You can control cookies through your browser settings. To limit personalized advertising, use the ad settings offered by Meta and Google and the industry opt-outs at optout.aboutads.info. Opting out does not stop all ads; it limits personalization.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, receive a copy of it, or opt out of its sale, sharing or use for targeted advertising. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@thezenithcollective.com with the request and the email address or phone number you used with us. We will verify the request and respond within the time the law allows. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights. If we hold your information on behalf of a law firm, we may refer the request to that firm or act on its instructions.
Data deletion requests
To have your information deleted, email privacy@thezenithcollective.com with the subject line "Data deletion request" and the email address or phone number you used with us. We will delete the information within 30 days, except where we must keep it to comply with the law, resolve disputes or enforce our agreements, and we will confirm when it is done. Information already delivered to a law firm is held by that firm under its own policy; we will tell you which firm to contact.
Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes above, to serve our clients, and to meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or de-identify it.
Security
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls and logging. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
Our website and campaigns are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, email us and we will delete it.
Where we operate
We are based in the United States and process information here. If you contact us from outside the United States, you understand your information will be processed in the United States.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is material, we will post a notice on this page.
